This project consisted of several campaign pieces that would be BankTalentHQ branded and mailed out with a Special Offer for organizations looking to hire top banking professionals. A job search can be daunting, both for the applicant and the employer. With that in mind, we chose an image that was both relevant and fun, hoping to suggest that BankTalentHQ can make the whole process much easier. The offer was introduced on the cover and revealed on the back side, along with an online code to enter at checkout. Besides the address information, the mailing list would target specific Bankers Associations. The postcard’s mail panel return address would switch out to include the specific logo and street address relevant to the Bankers Association of the recipient’s state.
