InTouch Credit Union was looking for a new look that features space for promotional offers and a "loan payment coupon". This coupon would be featured on statements for account holders with loan accounts only. It's placed so it can be easily cut out and mailed back to the credit union. ITCU’s statement also utilizes their brand's colors and shading to help different account data. Four-color ads are featured at the top of each statement and can be changed easily every month. We've also reserved space for announcements below general account holder data. Overall, we enjoyed working with ITCU and are glad to have improved their member experience with statements.
