La Moille CUSD #303 came to us looking for an updated website that is modern, and easy to maintain and navigate. Being a school district site, the client wanted a defined separation between their Grade School and Junior/Senior High School. To provide this, we created a home page that focused on the district and added buttons so the user could branch off to main pages for either schools. Youthful quicklinks, such as calendars, lunch menus, and newsletters are prominently positioned, and a fun paralax feature has been created to show images of students and activities. Further down the page, we created separate sections for upcoming events and news and announcements. School information is constantly being updated, so we recommended Wordpress as a user-friendly content management system where they could log in and make edits on their own.
