Midland States Bank contacted LKCS to help with the design of their small business booklet. They supplied us with a rough mock-up for how the information was to be laid out, a very detailed set of brand guidelines, and a series of design examples for inspiration. One of the unique details they asked to be carried throughout were their 3-dimensional colored blocks. They wanted them used in a way in which they appeared to be interacting and overlapping with elements of the photographs. They also serve to help draw your eye around the pages. The end result was a very strong cohesive design that the customer was quite pleased with!
